Bold was born from a simple truth:
Most people feel too much but don’t know how to make sense of it.
We’ve seen it as therapists, as overthinkers, as ordinary people, as misfits, the late-night spirals, the “I’m fine” mask, the overwhelm that no one talks about.
Too often, help comes after the breakdown, after the burnout, after the damage.
We asked: What if there was a gentle space to see "what’s really going on, every day?"
Not just mood tracking for the sake of it, but real pattern-spotting. Not just AI for the sake of it, but insight you can feel. Not just a community, but a safe room where you’re never alone with what you’re feeling.

Anjali — A psychologist, happiness coach, and a human who feels deeply. Bold is the space she always dreamed of because she’s just delusional enough to believe that everyone who feels deserves to understand their mental health, no matter where they are. We like to call her the soul and heart of Bold.
